Medical Office Manager - Scottsdale, AZ

MedQuest Associates, Inc.,?a leading provider of Diagnostic Imaging Services with 92 out-patient Centers across the nation, has an excellent opportunity for a Medical Office Manager?in our Scottsdale, AZ Out-patient Imaging Center.

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily front office operations including the supervision and coordination of front office staff,?assisting in the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development and evaluation of the staff.? They will be hands on in the day to day operations of the Center, specifically the A/P, payroll, daysheets, scheduling,?pre-cert and customer service functions?and will report to the Center Manager/Area Manager.?

This position also acts as the liaison with our centralized business service center, ensuring proper flow and accuracy of daily and monthly financial activity of the Center.

Position requires strong leadership and management skills, excellent communications with the ability to provide unparalleled customer service to patients and referring physician offices.?

Qualified candidates will have a minimum?of 3-4+ years successful management & development of staff of 12 or more; bachelor?s degree and/or prior healthcare experience preferred. Competitive salary plus benefits package!
