Medical Office Manager with Billing and Collection Experience

Medical group practice in an attractive facility with large staff is looking for an outgoing, energetic, person experienced in the functions of a medical office and human resources who is an excellent leader who enjoys working with and developing staff. Needs to have superb implementation and follow-through skills. 

 

Oversees daily operations of specific departments and the supervision of personnel which includes work allocation and training. 

 

Ensures compliance of practice policies, procedures and regulations as well as those required by law.  Develps and assists with develpment of policies and procedures.

 

Ability to evaluate and interpret patient accounts, accounts receivables and and productivity reports. Participates in coordinating and implementing procedures pertaining to practice management system (Medical Manager) data entry, analysis.  Ensures data entry, including, not limited to, posting office visit, surgical and hospital charges are posted within the timeliness set up by the practice.  Ability to analylze and prepares reports.

 

Follows annual operationg budgets and provides fiscal direction to each department, as related to purchasing and inventory controls.
