A very busy medical practice is looking for an experienced, forward thinking administrator. The practice has recently expanded into a new office and has new EMR and practice management software.  The medical practice will continue to expand in the near future adding more healthcare providers.

 

The ideal person for the position is someone who can think and work independently but also in conjunction with the practice's healthcare providers.

 

The administrator responsibilities will include: payroll management, human resource management, supervision of the billing and collections department, negotiating insurance contracts, obtaining and maintenance of credentials for the healthcare providers and coordination of the schedules of the healthcare providers. 

 

The position is a salaried full-time position with excellent benefits(profit sharing, bonus structure, health and dental insurance)

Salary negotiations begin at $45,000/yr and depend on experience and education.

 

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 yrs of experience
