CLINIX Health Services of Colorado is seeking a full-time front office receptionist. This is a unique clinic, in that you will be scheduling for a multidisciplinary practice. Our providers range from: Family Practice Doctors, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Reflexologists, Massage Therapists, Naturopathic Doctor, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Aestheticians and Yoga Therapists. Our ideal candidate must be motivated, a self starter, with a passion for learning new skills.

Job Responsibilities

Answering phones

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Contacting insurance companies to verify benefits

Taking patient messages and screening the doctors phone calls

Qualifications

Two years medical front office experience required

Experience with electronic medical records a plus (No more searching for charts!)
