Medical Software Support Specialist

Reseller of Medical Practice Management Software is seeking an individual with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills to provide telephone support to software customers. Medical billing and Windows experience is required, and previous customer support/help desk experience is preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities of position:

? Provide technical software support to the customer, via telephone

? Appropriate escalation of customer support issues to Tier II support personnel

? Assure timely and thorough resolution to customer support issues

? Other duties deemed necessary by management
