Medical Staff Coordinator
DESCRIPTIONSt. Joseph Heritage Medical Group, located in Central Orange County, provides primary medical care including Pediatrics, Family Practice and Internal Medicine.
Affiliated with St. Joseph Health System and St. Joseph Hospital, stable and successful organizations, we are dedicated to patient-family centered care and inspired by the Mission and Values of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange. We currently have an outstanding opportunity for you as a Medical Staff Coordinator.
Essential Functions of position includes:
Medical Staff Administrative Support -
Prepares routine reports, records, etc.
Transcribes and prepares meeting minutes
Maintains and Coordinates calender/schedule for Medical Director, Associates and Officers
Prepares and distributes Quality Measure Reports
Working with UM Director, designs and produces Quality Measures required by the Medical Staff.
The preferred candidates will have the following experience and education:
Two-Three years previous Administration experience, preferrably in the Health Care Industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel and an email system
