IT System Support Analyst

 

1) We are working on a Systems Support Position for a healthcare organization in Manhattan. It's mostly a desk top support position--supporting staff via the phone or face to face, setting up new employee accounts, helping with software roll outs. We are looking for strong Microsoft experience -- would strongly prefer someone who is certified MSCE. Here are some additional specifications...Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or 2-3 years of practical network experience which includes NT server and user administration in a NT 4.0 environment. Three to five years of IT related project planning and coordination experience; three to five years of technical writing experience; one to two years of LAN/WAN experience. Probably looking at a salary range in the fifties, negotiable based on experience.
