We are currently searching for talented, highly motivated and experienced Dental Office Managers to join our team.

 

We are currently searching for our office in Victorville, CA.  We desire individuals who are highly organized, driven, friendly, and have great communication skills. 

 

ROLE:

The Office Manager is responsible for the results of the office under his/her control.  They should focus on developing the office and holding the staff accountable for meting and exceeding PDS? goals.  As such, the OM must understand the ?larger picture? and have a vision of the future for his/her office that translates to an overall growth strategy.  The OM is to provide leadership and guidance to his/her office, supporting the policies and goals of the company, and thus participating in the growth and future of Pacific Dental Services?.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Identify, evaluate, and implement office protocols and procedures to improve efficiency of workflow, create a ?team? environment, and ensure clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Determine and maintain efficient staffing levels by interviewing, hiring, training, developing, coaching, counseling, supervising, evaluating, and terminating staff as needed.
Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to annual office budget to allow for autonomy of day-to-day decisions,
Ensure P&L management and profitability of office.
Develop and implement precise, realistic, and measurable individual and office goals that are challenging and compatible with Company policy.
Implement marketing programs to grow the business.
Work with dentists to help develop their patient communication skills.
Provide feedback regarding specific tactics that change financial and patient outcomes such that the rest of the organization can benefit.

 

DESIRABLE:

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree.  Considerable prior coursework or on-the-job experience in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or medicine. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Equivalent to high school diploma and one or more years of business and managerial experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
