The Marietta Eye Clinic, founded in 1967, is a comprehensive eye care practice consisting of six offices located in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. Patient services include adult and pediatric eye examinations, cataract, laser and refractive surgery (including LASIK), and optical dispensing of eyeglasses and contact lenses. The main office is located on Canton Road in Marietta in a beautiful 20,000 square foot facility. Job Description:

 

Directs and coordinates the operation and activities of a 6+ physician office and supervise a management team of 8. 

 



Qualifications include:

Demonstrated skill in financial, operations and human resources management



Minimum 3 years recent experience managing physician group practice (Ophthalmology preferred)



Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision making skills within an organizational structure



Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities for 50+ employees



Desire to be part of a management team that is adaptable and flexible in changing conditions



Team oriented



Outgoing friendly personality with the ability to multi-task



Associates degree in Health or Business Management, baccalaureate degree preferred
