Office Specialist - Medical Office

Small growing Occupational Medicine office seeks a business and marketing specialist to join our small stable group of devoted staff members.  Office enjoys excellent twenty-year local reputation for effectively and cost-effectively providing quality medical services to meet the occupational medicine needs of employers.  Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  Office provides treatment to injured workers, examination and screening of job applicants/new hires for our client employers, on-site immunizations and other clinical services at our clients' workplaces.

 

Office is seeking multi-faceted, personable, efficient and professional individual with medical office billing and marketing experience.  Must be motivated team player with experience using computer in medical office setting.  Must demonstrate ability to rapidly learn and accurately use software currently used in our office (Medisoft, Stolas www.stolas.com, Drug-Pak).  Must exhibit excellent communication and multi-tasking skills to efficiently and effectively increase office's marketshare. 

 

Position is approximately 50% marketing to employers (H/R & safety departments) and insurance (worker compensation) administrators and 50% in-office administrative work (billing/collections/report generation, etc).
