Operations Analysts are trained to process Medicare health claims timely and accurately. The successful candidate must have a college diploma or four years equivalent experience. Requires strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. Prefer knowledge of relational data bases, mainframe computer operations and data retrieval (FISS) a basic understanding of data analysis processes and excellent written and verbal grammar/English skills.
