PHARMACY BUSINESS COORDINATOR
-Newark, NJ-

Working closely with our Corporate Communications and Marketing Departments, the successful candidate will perform primary/secondary research and analysis, facilitate product launches, plan, write and edit communication materials, monitor project progress and manage timelines to ensure our Pharmacy Services area successfully reaches its goals. You will also coordinate project tasks, design/generate reports, represent Pharmacy Services on issues that impact sales/products and make recommendations to increase overall department recognition through advertising, promotional and/or public relation activities. The successful candidate will support our proposal unit by developing responses to client inquiries and interact with our Sales & Marketing, and Account Management teams to provide updates on Pharmacy initiatives and market trends.

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Communications, Journalism or a related area, supported by 1-3 years experience in writing and publishing technical, promotional and advertising materials. Knowledge of production and research techniques, marketing communications writing, and PC's essential. Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously will be expected. Health, managed care or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry background strongly preferred.
