The PAM will report to the Director and will have operational responsibility in all related areas. The focus of the position is process improvement and improved productivity. 

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of demonstrated success in a complex and fast paced hospital patient accounts environment; will have excellent communications and leadership skills, be highly organized, be able to work well under and meet deadlines, and have strong analytical and reporting skills.

They will have a focus on process and performance improvement, systems improvement and improved productivity.
 
The starting salary is up to $100,000 depending on background and experience.
