We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated RN to join our team as a Quality Reviewer. In this exciting role, you would work with various departments to ensure best practices throughout the organization while gaining valuable quality assurance/improvement skills. Primary responsibilities include:

 
Collaborating with various departments to research and resolve quality and service issues
Tracking and trending issues across the nation
Researching issues on Websites
Facilitating the qualifying process for Centers for Excellence
Arranging panel meetings with physicians and resolving quality issues that are identified in these meetings



This role requires an RN with a current, unrestricted license in MN. Solid clinical experience is essential. Experience in Oncology, Neonatal Services, or Transplants is highly preferred. Experience with quality improvement initiatives is preferred, as is a managed care background. MS Office proficiency is a must.
