Regional Account Manager- Ft. Lauderdale, FL

AIM Healthcare is currently seeking Regional Account Managers in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. The ideal candidate

processes, verifies, and audits various documents such as EOBs, contracts and insurance claims. Daily duties & tasks

involve performing on-site credit balance reviews including researching, analyzing and recovering overpayments made

to hospital facilities. Regional Account Managers will also maintain aspects of the business relationship with assigned

hospital facilities. In addition, the ideal candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic, success-driven business

professional with exceptional organizational skills. Candidate must also be flexible and work effectively under pressure

in a goal-oriented environment as well as be comfortable working both independently and with co-workers in a

team-focused setting. Please note that this is not a traditional account manager position.

For this role, AIM provides an intensive and demanding, four-week, company paid, classroom and field based training

program to ensure your thorough understanding of the position, as well as the company.

 REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written/presentation). Required

knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access). Insurance and healthcare experience is preferred for this position.

Must be comfortable working both independently and with co-workers in a team-focused setting.

Preferred Experience:

- Reimbursement and or Billing knowledge

- Experience researching overpaid insurance claims
- Familiarity with secondary billing, appeals and contractual adjustments
- Previous experience in a physician or hospital business office working with insurance companies.
