Regional Operations Manager
Breaking new ground for the treatment of chronic conditions, Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers, Inc. will be the "Center of Excellence" for the management of these devastating and debilitating conditions.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Healthcare Operations Manager for 50-60% travel within the eastern region. Strong operations background required as well as healthcare business and marketing experience to train, monitor and provide oversite and support to the clinic Program Managers to meet revenue goals, patient volumes and product integrity. Requirements include:A detail oriented professional, strong managerial and business background with the ability to work in a very fast paced growth oriented environment. Excellent communications and teaching skills required to bring staff to functional levels quickly and effectively. The ability to produce and meet the organizations revenue goals. Previous experience managing a staff of managers is essential to the success of this individual.
This position requires daily operations guidance to all assigned locations, which currently include Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Norwalk, Atlanta, and Cleveland.
