Reimbursement Associate

 

Reimbursement Technologies, Inc., (RTI), an established leader in physician billing and financial management services, is seeking a talented individual to join our Reimbursement department. This position supports the Company?s marketing and business development plans by performing financial analysis and feasibility studies. Individual will travel (40-50%) to hospital sites acquiring chart samples for analysis to project billable revenue.

Candidates for this position will:
*Travel to hospital sites to acquire chart samples for analysis.
*Develop client fee schedules, fee increase proposals, revenue reviews, and regulatory impact analysis.
*Maintain payor and procedure tables in billing system.
*Generate first month, cash per visit analysis to determine actual revenue being received from new clients.
*Provides analysis and support for special projects

 REQUIREMENTS

*One to two years reimbursement or healthcare experience.
*Bachelor?s degree required. Preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration.
*Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheet software (MS Excel).
*Traveling to client locations (40-50%).
*Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Be a team player.
*Ability to prioritize duties and goals of the department.
*Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
