Responsibilities:

Responsible for financial support and data analyses for the Operations and Facilities Division.  Responsibilities include data analyses to support operations, budget analysis and development, revenue and expense analyses, division report card development, reviewing and processing purchase orders and invoices, reviewing non-patient revenue billing, etc.  Requires strong Microsoft Access and Excel skills.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business or accounting preferred

5-7 years experience in administrative support, health care operations preferred

Demonstrated analytic, financial, and quantitative skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Access.
