Sr. Business Analyst--Pricing Data Management

Responsible for performing in a consultative style in a variety of different analytical roles depending on project needs.
Projects may include:
Requirements Analysis, Issue Resolution Coordination, Project Communications, Standards Management, Risk Mitigation,
User Acceptance Testing, Change Management Activities and Deployment Preparation. Accountable for providing structure,
leadership and problem resolutions to activities such as change control, project coordination, information gathering, creating
structured documentation and presentation of findings. In the case of issue resolution this will include understanding the pros and
cons of a proposed solution and being able to make recommendations based on coordinating the process.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Applies technical and business knowledge in the analysis of client requirements in project areas such as:
User Acceptance Testing, Deployment Readiness and Issue resolution.
-Participates in cross functional task forces to analyze and validate requirements, work flow and information sources.
-Supports project wide communication activities.
-Participates in the analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective solutions which support client business processes and
functional requirements.
-Conducts analysis of client business processes and functional requirements and prepares appropriate documentation to communicate
and validate the information.
-Completes administrative requirements in an accurate and timely manner (e.g. time reporting, status reporting, etc.)
-Contributes to problem solving, process design and analytical support to formulate recommendation. This may include:

- identifying key metrics to monitor
- developing report templates and the distribution of reports and summaries of findings to key stakeholders
- understanding scopes, evaluation plans, and resource proposals then incorporating feedback from stakeholders into deliverables.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

-BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
-3 to 5 years of related analytical experience required with experience in project management, applied research,
evaluation and/or performance measurement preferred. Health care industry experience and large system implementation experience preferred.

- Effectively facilitates meetings with team members and customers.
- Ensures execution of all aspects of evaluation plan.
- Works with more experienced staff to gain stakeholder consensus about problem resolution
- Provides project updates to key stakeholders and supervisor on regular basis.
