Datanomics, a full service provider of computer consulting services since 1982, is currently seeking a Sr. Oracle DBA to work in Richmond, VA.
Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of backup and performance management, writing and managing scripts run in windows environments, service pack and upgrade installations, configuring new servers, doing security audits, etc.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of relational database concepts and design of new systems (OLTP & OLAP).
Candidate should have strong understanding of SQL Server Security and Windows Network Security.
Candidate must have strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities.
The environment needs the candidate to have an understanding and experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and Unix scripting.
Required Skills: Oracle, Requires strong hands-on DBA skill in Oracle.
