Purpose:

To provide financial and analytical support, and limited contracting support, within the Managed Care Department at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
 

Qualifications: Graduate from College or University with Bachelor?s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or a related field.  Master ?s Degrees in business or related health field a plus, but not required. Experience and/or knowledgeable in analyzing hospital or hospital and physician financial and clinical services information.  Managed care contract review/negotiation experience a plus, but not required. Advanced PC skills, such as Excel and Access required.  Experience with hospital or physician claims information systems or decision support systems also desired. Well developed organizational, communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Must be able to work with confidential information.  Accuracy is essential.  Must be detail oriented.
