Supervisor of documentation/time sheets/administrative assistants

Position Summary: Pre-verifies employee schedules for payroll processing.  Checks accuracy and completeness of client activity reports.  Submits required documentation to contract agencies.  Provides intermittent reception duties for staff relief.  Performs various duties to assist administrative staff.

 

Reporting relationships: Reports to the Financial Director

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Assists with employee timesheet verification process.Communicates with employees regarding questions with documentation and timesheets.Interfaces with Coordination to assist in verifying employee schedules and hours.Acts as liaison with contract agencies regarding questions with documentation.Assists Financial Director with general billing/payroll work.Maintains monthly raise review list.Tracks and disciplines employees regarding late documentation.

 

 Qualifications:High school graduateOne to two (1-2) years experience in an office environmentExcellent interpersonal skills(professional telephone and communication skills)Ability to multi-task, in a fast paced environmentStrong MS Office/PC skills preferred
