40 hour/week position in the Pediatric Clinic at Martha Eliot Health Center - a community based health center

Fulltime leadership opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient pediatric setting. Responsibilities include: 1) Planning, organizing and overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations, 2) Preparation of staff schedules and assignments, 3) Selecting, supervising and evaluating nursing, clinical support and administrative staff 4) Developing and providing staff education/development programs 5) Leading and participating in departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects 6) Developing and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of patient care

Strong interpersonal, assessment and leadership skills as well as the proven ability in developing a cohesive team. Current RN license with 2 - 3 years med/surg experience required. Spanish speaking or willingness to learn preferred.
