Certified Nurse Aide

Responsible for providing personal care services for patients and their families. Provides care according to the Certified Nursing Assistant assignment.

Qualifications

State certification as a Home Health Aide or Nurse Assistant preferred. Prefer 1 year recent experience in hospice or home health care. Must be 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent. Reliable transportation, current driver's license and current auto insurance required. Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given. Displays initiative and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
