Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for administering direct patient care and performing any other duties deemed necessary to ensure quality patient care, under the direction and supervision of the RN.

Qualifications
High School education.

Nursing Assistant course - 120/130/150 hours required and medical terminology.

Must be on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry.

Satisfactory performance for at least 6 months as a Nursing Assistant or related experience preferred.

Ability to assume responsibility for personal and professional growth.

Able to meet the physical demands as described in the ADA forms on file in the Human Resources Department.
