Nursing Assistant - Certified

Overview : Full time and part time positions available. Varied Shifts.

Responsibilities :

Contributes to the patient/resident's plan of care by providing basic nursing care, measuring and recording height, weight, food & fluid intake, output, and vital signs including blood pressure and level of pain. Observes, reports and records signs, symptoms and changes in the patient/resident's condition and observes and reports behaviors related to the plan of care.

Qualifications :

Must hold a current, valid Wyoming CNA certificate within four months from the first date of hire. Must possess a BLS certification. Effective human relation and communication skills are necessary. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with BHS values, management expectations, and service standards.
