Case Management Coordinator/Intake Coordinator **RN, LPN, MA, HOSPITAL CORPSMEN

Alluvion Staffing has immediate openings with a local healthcare organization in Case Management. Candidates will be required to perform telephonic case management including taking referrals, locating providers, arranging for home care services for workers' compensation patients nationwide, case management of the patient's care, obtaining authorizations for additional home care as necessary from the insurance carrier, and acting as a liaison with the adjuster/nurse case manager regarding the care of the patient.

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:
*RN, LPN, EXPERIENCED MA, OR HOSPITAL CORPSMEN with prior hands on patient care experience or prior experience in a medical office setting
*Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Shift 11:30am-8pm Monday-Friday (all shifts are set)
Salary is commensurate with experience.
