LPN - Hospice

LPN's experienced in providing exceptional nursing care that are looking for a Per Diem position are needed at Einstein's Hospice Department, located at our Germantown campus.

 

In this role, you will assume immediate responsibility for:

 

? Providing nursing care to terminally ill patients in various settings under the direct supervision of the RN.

? You will have an opportunity to assess, implement, and evaluate the nursing portion of the interdisciplinary care plan.

? After initial education and under the direction of the RN, you will educate patients and others in the provision and management of their nursing care at home or in a home like setting.

 

If you possess the following experience, please apply immediately:

 

? A minimum of one year of Hospice or Home Care experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

? A valid driver's license and licensure as a Practical Nurse by the State of Pennsylvania are required.
