Atria Senior Living Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Professional to fill the role of Regional Assisted Living Director in our Desert/Mountain Region.


The job: 
You will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and regulatory support to various assisted living communities to promote and maintain the highest quality of life for our residents. 


 Requirements:
* Must be a LPN or RN in good standing and meet all state health requirements
* 3+ years experience in a similar role in assisted living or healthcare

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience providing program oversight in an organization consisting of multi-site locations

* Must be willing to travel
* Strong staff management and supervisory skills
* Background in training and mentoring staff
