15352 - Morphometrist

Job Description: Someday innovation will spread faster than disease...join Boston Scientific - a leader in less-invasive medical technologies. We are currently searching for a Morphometrist to join our team in Plymouth, MN:

1)Measurement of vessels
-Accurate Tracings (interpretive tracings that meet laboratory and Preclinical conventions for morphometric tracings,)
-Consistently passing QC
-Demonstrate Interpretation/recognition/knowledge of basic biology and morphologic response to stenting
-On time slide measurement
-Knowledge, interpretation and application of SOPs
-Basic writing skills including memos and short reports to accurately, clearly, and concisely convey necessary study information to research associates or pathologists

2. SOP Compliance
-Completion of study folders
-Maintenance of equipment and logs

3. Stent Integrity Analysis
-Attain and maintain training records or logs
-Routine analysis of Stent Integrity sample films
-Digital imaging and scanning of X-ray prints and films for analysis
-Reporting of results in an accurate, clear, and concise manner to study director and research associate.

4. Image set QC
-Routine QC for verification of image ID and location in low and high mag image sets

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in science related field. Biology experience and histology interpretation experience required.
