Black Belt - Six Sigma

Overview : Lead process improvement (and subsequently, process design) teams to rigorously apply the Six Sigma process improvement and design methodologies, and achieve business results. All employees are responsible for (1) supporting the Company's goals and mission, (2) for following all Company policies and procedures, (3) for providing quality customer service, and (4) for following safety standards in performing all aspects of the functions below, reporting/removing unsafe equipment and attending safety education sessions

Responsibilities :

Responsibility for integrated Six Sigma process improvement functions for LSA/SQL. Customers are employees and management of the organization and the clients they serve in the hospital environments and in the community at large.

Qualifications :

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the clinical laboratory industry with evidence of leadership capability. Experience in both the hospital and commercial laboratory settings is preferred. Ability to develop and implement plans is critical. In-depth understanding and experience in LSA/SQL business. Knowledge and application experience with process improvement, structured problem-solving, TQM tools and methods. Demonstrated technical skills and experience, Process Analysis and Improvement, Measurement Systems and Data Collection, Data Analysis, Disciplined Problem Solving. Applied statistics experience. Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor and coach. Demonstrated project management excellence. Strong analytical/statistical aptitude.
