LOGISTICS MANAGER
Memphis Pathology Laboratory, a division of American Esoteric Laboratory has an immediate opening for a Logistics Manager to manage the courier/distribution system of our clinical laboratory operations. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the hiring and training of the courier staff as well as the overall operations of the department ensuring quality of services, productivity, customer satisfaction, and fiscal and regulatory compliance.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and a minimum of 5 yrs. progressive managerial experience which includes management of staff and productivity monitoring and budget preparation. Experience managing couriers or the transportation of supplies to multiple sites and states, in a healthcare/laboratory environment, strongly preferred. Excellent customer and communications skills also required.
