Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital is seeking the following:

Laboratory Operations Manager

This position manages the day-to-day activities and resources of the Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Laboratory, which provides inpatient and outpatient laboratory services to Auburn and surrounding communities.

Bachelor's degree in biology or related field and a valid CA Clinical Laboratory Scientist license are required. A Master's degree, or equivalent education, in business or hospital administration is desired. Must have 5 years' acceptable laboratory science experience, at least 2 of which have included supervisory responsibility, preferably as a laboratory manager.

This position requires knowledge of all clinical, administrative, legal and regulatory aspects of the laboratory. Knowledge of concepts in quality management, training concepts/methods, organizational development and process design preferred.
