Laboratory Spervising Manager

New York Community Hospital of Brooklyn, a 134 Bed Voluntary Non Profit hospital affiliated with the New York Presbyterian Healthcare System is currently seeking a Managing Supervisor for its Laboratory / Histology Department Services. This full time position requires the daily supervision of various lab area functions. Candidates should be well versed and familiar with State, JCAHO, and activities related to the department, as well as prior knowledge and experience in Lab services in a hospital setting,. Generalist experience preferred may include, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology Blood Banking and Histology . Position reports to the VP for Clinical Ancillary Services and Physician Director of Pathology as required. Appropriate credentials are required. Competitive salary and benefits package.
