We are currently seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for our San Juan Capistrano location.  This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of the section, in order to effectively maximize employee, equipment, and material utilization, while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality technical standards.  The successful candidate will provide direct on-site supervision of specimen workflow, test performance, quality, compliance, and associated documentation to adhere to department and company policies and procedures.

 

To qualify, you must possess:Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist licenseA minimum of 6 years of experience as a medical technologist or equivalent in a clinical laboratory environmentBS/BA degree in Medical Technology or related fieldProven leadership, interpersonal, communication, computer, and technical skills in the specialty area being supervised
