Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist

Coastal Medical Laboratory is looking for a qualified individual to join our team. We offer a team oriented environment and strive for excellence in healthcare. We currently have a position open for a day/evening full time MT/MLT generalist.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to establish work priorities and handle several procedures simultaneously. Duties included testing in all areas of the laboratory, performance of maintenance and QC procedures. Involvement in Quality Assurance, specimen processing, and other duties as assigned. Applicant should be able to work independently and demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills. BS or AA degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science and RI License (or eligibility) required. Must be ASCP (or equivalent) certified or eligible. Both new grads and experienced MT/MLT candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
