Molecular Technologist

American Esoteric Laboratories Inc (AEL), an esoteric reference laboratory in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, is seeking dynamic individuals who are ready for an exciting challenge in a fast paced clinical laboratory working with cutting edge technology. As a Molecular Technologist you will play an integral role in our full-service Molecular department as well as a key position in our organization.



The successful candidates will be responsible for performing high complexity molecular techniques including viral loads and Real Time assays on a variety of platforms as well as analyzing results, assisting in quality control, maintenance of laboratory instrumentation, and ensuring overall laboratory quality. Additional duties also involve being an active participant in the department's QA and quality improvement programs.



Applicants should possess a B.S. in biological science or related field. MT or MLT certification is a plus. Experience in molecular biology preferred. The ability to successfully and professionally communicate with clients and peers is a critical requirement for this position.
