Technical Trainer - Medical Billing System (IDX)

General Description

We are currently seeking two (2) Corporate Trainers that will assist in the nationwide rollout of our new IDX Billing Information System.  Join now while we are in the final development and testing phases in order to become a super-user then lead the charge to field to train all our current associates on the new system.With facilities in 21 states throughout the US, 50% travel is required.  These are newly created positions with excellent long-term leadership potential.

 

Recruiting Criteria

? 3+ years preferred experience as a trainer (with medical billing and IDX Flowcast experience)

? 2+ years preferred experience as a software trainer

? Experience creating training documentation

? Demonstrable experience within the medical financial industries

? Training certifications including ?Train-the-Trainer? a plus

? Teaching-related memberships a plus
