ARNP/PA FAMILY PRACTICE/PHYSICAL MEDICINE

Multi-disciplinary practice in Cape Coral, Florida seeks enthusiastic, dedicated, Florida licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). Candidate will work collaboratively with primary care physician and specialty physicians. The Candidate will provide health care services with direct and indirect supervision by physicians and will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services. Working as members of the health care team, the successful candidate will take medical histories, examine patients, order and interpret laboratory tests, make diagnoses and develop treatment plans in coordination with other licensed physicians and professionals on staff. They also treat minor injuries by suturing, splinting, and casting. The PA/ARNP will also record progress notes, instruct and counsel patients, and order or carry out therapy.

Practice is multi-integrated with primary care and physical medicine/rehabilitation. Successful candidate will treat patients in the primary care division as well as direct care for patients as needed in the physical medicine division.

Ability to work as integral team member a must. Must also be able to work independently in consultation with staff physicians in satellite office.
