We are seeking medical professionals with a desire to drive change in this brand new role. As a


Clinical Expense Analyst, you would develop and implement new initiatives to help reduce cost and increase affordability for our rapidly expanding organization. This is a challenging position tat offers autonomy, high visibility, and a chance to use your enthusiasm to impact a company-wide transformation.


 


Primary responsibilities include:



Identifying and quantifying current and emerging affordability opportunities


Driving the development and execution of affordability action plans within each market


Managing the consequential action plans to ensure that the results meet or exceed expectations


Reporting results and forecasting for future impacts


Analyzing claims pay and epithetic data



A clinical background is essential to this role, in addition to a working knowledge of claims systems/data. Project management skills are essential. A background in finance, statistics and economics is highly preferred. Strong data skills are a plus, and computer proficiency is a must.
