These office-based roles are focused on supervising and auditing the work of Nurse Practitioners in the field, as well as those who work telephonically. Responsibilities include:

 
Managing Utilization and LTC services for the team
Conducting audits through the system to address productivity
Conducting site visits and evaluating performance
Managing goals of the service area in conjunction with other departments
Developing action plans to meet goals
Assisting in provider relations, as well as marketing and recruiting



NP license is required, along with a clinical background and experience supervising NPs. Case Management experience is preferred, as is knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare.
