Dental Front Office / Receptionist

We are looking for an intelligent, reliable, motivated individual to join our dental office as a front office / receptionist. A great personality and excellent communication skills will be considered a great asset. This position would be most ideally filled by someone with an understanding of dental procedures and billing methods. This person would be someone that has dental experience in the front office or back office assisting. However, we are willing to train the right candidate for the job. Base pay, bonuses and benefits will  be based on the abilities of the individual, but it is our intention to pay exceptionally well for the exceptional applicant. We are looking for someone to become part of a group of individuals that take great pride in what they do and enjoy working with people with a similar attitude. A sense of humor and camaraderie would fit in perfectly.

Our office is directed by three dentists that are part time instructors at UCLA. Only 2 doctors are in the office on any given day. It is this office's hope to provide the highest standard of care and treat all of our patients with warmth and respect. We are a fee for service office. This office is large enough so that we can be very flexible in terms of days off, days worked per week, the exact hourly schedule per day and unscheduled unexpected personal emergencies that arise for our employees. Vacation, sick and holiday pay are part of our employment package. Health insurance is provided to those in need and a retirement benefit is being developed.

Only a basic computer skill is needed and is easily taught. The postion includes:

Phone call management

Patient greeting

Fee posting and appointment making

Insurance billing

Recall management

etc.
