District Field Manager position requiring business leadership responsibility and supervision of multiple dental offices.
Duties
? Financial budget responsibilities including meeting monthly & yearly financial goals and plan objectives.
? Develop cooperative and collaborative management approach with General & Specialty Dentists.
? Resolve patient complaints quickly and successfully.
? Manage and development of Office Managers & Team personnel.
? Maintain highest standards conduct, core values, patient satisfaction and office operations.
? Travel required within Houston and surrounding areas.
Requirements
? Minimum of five (5) years dental management experience required.
? Supervisory/Management experience.
