Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC,) with six medical offices in central and southeastern Connecticut, seeks an experienced Family Practice Physician for full-time primary care practice in their Middletown site. CHC provides full scope medical services largely geared to underserved populations, and offers opportunities for academic affiliation and teaching, multi-disciplinary practice, and a blend of individual and population based care.

 

Wonderful opportunity offers 1 in 5 call and teaching appointment at University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Strong clinical support services and innovative practice environment with Advanced Access scheduling.



Qualifications include: MD/DO from approved medical/osteopathy school and graduation from accredited residency program in family practice. Must be board-certified within 24 months of commencing employment at CHC and hold license or be eligible for license in State of Connecticut.
