Front Desk/Medical Asssiting - Dermatology Practice - Wilmington, DE

Busy Dermatology Practice is seeking a full time Front Desk specialist and a full time Medical Assistant at its Wilmington Office. Must be a well organized, focused and highly motivated go-getter. The positions are full time, but part-time opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Schedules range from 8 am to 8 pm, and up to two Saturdays per month. You must be available for work at least on two evenings and one Saturday per month. Two to five years of prior experience in a very busy medical office (preferably in Dermatology; or, alternatively, Primary care) highly desirable. Candidates must have solid knowledge of all front desk functions, including patient demographics and insurance requirements. Must be proficient with computer scheduling in a Windows environment, have excellent phone call handling skills, and medical charges posting knowledge. Front Desk employees interface with Physicians and Billing personnel to successfully resolve billing problems, as needed. Scheduling, posting and/or billing experience with NextGen's practice management software highly desirable.
