 i3 DLN is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist  for work in our State College, PA office.

 

i3 DLN is a full-service, accredited provider of continuing medical education (CME). We use dynamic multimedia technology such as satellite broadcasting, Webcasting and Video DIALoguesTM, as well as traditional methods including dinner meetings, symposia and enduring materials to deliver clinical expertise in several therapeutic areas, most notably CNS, oncology and cardiology.

 

Summary:  The fulfillment specialist will be responsible for managing all invites, managing distribution of enduring materials, maintaining active subscription lists including mail and email lists, assisting with the internal databases and website.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

80% - Fulfillment  

? Managing all invites and mailings within i3 DLN

? Managing the prn contractors through Chimes

? Managing the distribution of the enduring materials and ensure they are distributed

? Managing the subscription lists including mail lists and email lists

? Responsible for sending out all email marketing

 

10% - Databases/Website

? Assist the Webmaster with internal databases

? Assist the Webmaster with updating and maintaining the website

 

10% - Administrative Assistance

? Email responding

 

 


Position requires a 2 year degree or higher
