Healthcare Financial and Business Analyst

Key Role: Perform financial and business analysis, cost-benefit and ROI studies, activity-based cost analysis, capital planning, and program evaluation and assessment. Perform best practices research, and cost estimation and analysis for transactional and transformational healthcare projects and technologies in the federal or private sector. Work on various assignments in bioinformatics, clinical healthcare research, managed healthcare organizations, and US or foreign governmental healthcare agencies.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-8-10 years of experience in a similar role

-6 years of experience in healthcare related markets

-Knowledge of healthcare related cost and financial management, process improvement, and regulatory environment issues facing hospitals, managed healthcare, or clinical healthcare research organizations

-Knowledge of bill payment systems, electronic health records management and administration, cost reimbursement methods, and provider pricing strategies

 

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

BA or BS degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required
