JOB SUMMARY ?

 

Position Summary:  You will be an important part of a fast-paced internal recruiting team responsible for full-cycle recruiting and all facets of Human Resources for the New York City Area.

 

This role is responsible for the sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding process of talent and potential Vital Dent team members.  Role supports the orientation and training of new team members and assists the Area Expansion Manager in HR administration and employee relations.  This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that an excellent customer service environment is both fostered and maintained while meeting or exceeding Vital Dent?s objectives.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ?

 

? Develop sourcing to target the best fit talent

? Source, screen and recruit talent/qualified candidates for appropriate open requisitions.

? Screen candidates to identify skills

? Manage Recruitment process and related paperwork

? Recruit and staff local area offices as specified by Area Office Manager

? Counsel on compensation and hiring issues

? Process reference checks

? Prepare and extend offers

? Deal with orientation and be comfortable dealing with all types of employee relations

? Connect HR reporting data in a timely fashion to corporate headquarters

? Run a bi-monthly payroll using ADP PC Payroll system

? Responsible for overall HR direction of S.Florida offices

? Other duties, as assigned 

 

QUALIFICATIONS ?

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

?Previous experience in a high volume recruitment environment.

?Must have 3-5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR Functions

?Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills

?Detailed oriented

?Computer Knowledgeable (Microsoft Office Suite)

?World Class Customer Service

?Flexible in nature; ability to adapt to change quickly

?BS/BA in Human Resource Management or Related Field

?Bilingual Spanish is preferred (not required)

?Possess superb verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicates in person to all levels of the organization.

?Fine tuned decision‑making skills and the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
