organizing and leading product implementations.  Successful candidates will manage project plans, resources and budget.  Will monit

or and track the progress of all implementations on the team.  Partners with sales and the customers early in the process to develop installation project plans.Works with the Direct

or of Strategic Development to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently installing our systems.

BS/BA degree or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience Eight years related experience with three to five years experience installing advanced computerized system applications.Demonstrated ability to lead a team.Excellent verbal/written communication skills.Excellent project management and administrative (follow-up) skills required.Must have the ability to manage customer and subordinate expectations, and possess excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change.Must have enthusiasm for educating team members on new processes.Excellent problem resolution abilities and strong process development/improvement skill requiredAbility to travel 60% of the time, work flexible hours (including nights and weekends) and will work from a home office.
