Medical Secretary/Adminstrative Assistant

  ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Help On Assignment be a leader in the healthcare industry by fulfilling our current full-time and part-time openings for Medical Secretaries and Adminstrative Assistants.  These positions will be responsible for typing of correspondence, transcription, providing administrative support to nursing staff and physicians, copying, faxing, filing, answering phones, maintaing schedules and calendars for the department and physicians, arranging travel plans, taking meeting minutes, opening/sorting/processing/delivering mail and any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.  Must have thorough knowledge of entire Microsoft Office Suite and be capable of typing over 60 words per minute.  Each position we staff requires a proven history of reliability along with someone who is detail oriented, professional and respectful to staff and patients at all times and finally able to multi-task.
